MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1、具备 3年以上 大中型制造企业财务管理经验，担任过 财务经理 / 副经理 / 高级主管 均可；
At least 3 years of financial management experience in medium to large manufacturing companies (Finance Manager / Deputy Manager is acceptable).
2、精通 出口退税；
Strong expertise in export VAT refund.
3、精通 增值税（VAT）；
Strong knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT).
4、精通 外国承包商税（FCT）；
Strong knowledge of Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT).
5、精通 企业所得税、个人所得税，熟悉 外商投资企业税收优惠政策及高新技术企业税收优惠政策；
Solid understanding of Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), tax incentive policies for foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) and high-tech industry incentives.
6、熟悉 制造业成本核算；
Good knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.
7、必须是越南本地人；
Must be a Vietnamese national.
8、熟练使用 大型ERP系统，会SAP, 鼎捷 T100优先；
Familiar with large ERP systems; SAP,dingjie T100 experience is preferred.
9、持有 越南注册会计师（CPA） 或 越南注册税务师证书（chứng chỉ hành nghề dịch vụ làm thủ tục về thuế）者优先；
Vietnam CPA or Vietnam Certified Tax Agent (chứng chỉ hành nghề dịch vụ làm thủ tục về thuế) is a strong advantage.
10、优先考虑精通中文的候选人；如不精通中文，精通英文者亦可接受；
Candidates proficient in Chinese are preferred; however, candidates who are proficient in English (even without Chinese) are also acceptable.

YÊU CẦU:
1、全面负责 越南工厂的财务、税务及成本核算工作；
Take full responsibility for finance, taxation, and cost accounting of the Vietnam factory.
2、不定期向 中国总部CFO汇报并进行沟通（可借助翻译软件）；
Report to and communicate with the CFO of the China headquarters on a periodic basis (translation tools may be used if needed).
3、负责与 越南税务局、投资局等政府部门 的沟通协调；
Liaise and coordinate with Vietnamese government authorities, including the Tax Department and Investment authorities.
4、负责与 审计师、财务顾问 的沟通协调；
Coordinate with external auditors and financial consultants.
5、审批各项 成本及费用报销；
Review and approve costs and expense reimbursements.
6、负责 工厂合同评审；
Be responsible for factory contract review.
7、负责 税收筹划工作；
Lead and implement tax planning activities.
8、编制并出具 各类财务报表。
Prepare and issue various financial reports
